We do not want it to be a hassle for you to return or exchange an item that you purchased from us. If your item does not meet your expectations please contact us with your concern. Do not send your item back without prior arrangement. Please bear in mind that we are bound by the warranty policies of the respective manufacturers, many of which have very strict, and/or no return policies. This is beyond our control. We ask that you pay the shipping back to us and for an exchange, back to you. If it is our mistake, we may, at our discretion, arrange for pickup and delivery of your item on domestic orders only. All international shipments are at the buyer's risk. There is no freight allowance on international orders.
Returns are accepted on new products no more than 30 days after their purchase. Items must be returned in original, uninstalled condition with original payment receipt. Please box the return merchandise in the same box in which it arrived, or another protective box. (DO NOT USE THE MANUFACTURER’S BOX ONLY!).
Product Condition If you find it necessary to return an item, we ask that you return it in new condition, and that you use the same shipping box that the product arrived in. If the manufacturer’s box is damaged, tags removed, shrink wrap torn, or the item is altered in any way, we may not honor your return and send the item back to you at your expense. Remember, we will need to sell the item as new, or ship it back to the distributor.
If the item doesn't arrive in the same condition as shipped to you, we will be returning the merchandise to you at your expense.
When you open the box, take your time and open it carefully. When you try the merchandise on, do not remove the tags. Also, please don't use the item in any way. If it looks as though the item has been used, it will be returned to you at YOUR EXPENSE.
Electronic Products There are NO RETURNS on electronic items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you feel the item is defective, we ask that you call the Manufacturer for warranty information, or replacement. We only sell QUALITY electronic items, and defects are extremely rare.
Make sure you read the directions BEFORE installation, or have a qualified person/company do the work. Improperly installed products will not work correctly.
Apparel Returns
PLEASE make sure of your size before ordering. Find a local store where you can try on the garment, or contact us, we will do our best to get you into the proper size. Please do not order multiple sizes, colors and items to try on with the intention of only keeping one and returning what you don’t like without verbal consent from us.
Closeout/Sale Items
All items identified as "Closeout" or "On Sale" cannot be returned. These are special purchase items, and our Distributors do not accept returns. Make sure of your size before ordering, and if you have any questions, please take the time contact us.
Returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
Return shipping instructions will be provided when you contact us.
Special Orders
A Special Order is any item which is not in stock, it may or may not be marked as special order only on our site, or requires extensive involvement from our staff to fill.
All Special Orders require PAYMENT IN FULL at time of order.
No returns or refunds will be allowed. All sales are final.
Damaged Boxes
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier. Euro Moto Arizona is not responsible for shipping loss or damage.
Shipping
We pride our selves on fast shipping and great customer service. Our suppliers have the same concern for customer satisfaction and will ship in a timely manner as well. Some items dropship directly from our distributors in the US.
We provide tracking numbers via email whenever we can, but feel free to contact us any time you have a question about your shipment.
International Shipping
International orders may incur additional freight charges, since we will have to absorb the shipping to our premises, in order to reship. If the freight collected by the site is deemed insufficient, we will contact you before processing the order. You will be given the choice to pay the difference, or cancel with no penalty to you.
Refused Shipments
If a Shipment is refused delivery by a customer, the customer will be charged BASED ON THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY, and will be held liable for any and all shipping charges as a result of the refused shipment.
