Assume that all products purchased from this website unless noted, is for closed course use only.

Pricing

We strive to keep pricing as current as possible, however vendors often implement price changes with no notification. This site is not EDI equipped, so all updating is a line by line manual process. In the event that we are unable to honor the price shown on the site, we will offer you the choice of paying the difference, or to accept a full refund. We will not be obligated to honor outdated pricing.
Taxes
Euro Moto Arizona is located in Arizona. All orders for Arizona Residents will be subject to State Sales Tax of 9.5%.
If a customer completes an on-line order through the website, and tax is not calculated, Euro Moto Arizona will not be held responsible for the tax payment. A Euro Moto Arizona representative will contact you, explain the situation, and advise of the additional fee. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, NO FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.
Some items will incur sales tax in your state. If you order an item that will incur sales tax in your state, we will contact you to collect the sales tax. This may be true of drop-ship orders, as well. At that time you can choose to continue or cancel your order without penalty.
International Orders
There are some product lines for which we are forbidden to export. If an order comes through for such an item, we will notify you of the policy, and issue a refund. Our preferred method of payment would be through our traditional PayPal option. In some cases, we may require additional information (such as photo identification and billing/shipping address verification) to process International orders. We will contact you after we receive the order for this information if we have any difficulty processing these orders. International orders may incur additional freight charges, since we will have to absorb the shipping to our premises, in order to reship. If the freight collected by the site is deemed insufficient, we will contact you before processing the order. You will be given the choice to pay the difference, or cancel with no penalty to you.
Inventory It is our goal to offer as many products as possible for an array of European motorcycles. We want to cater not only to the people that own more mainstream brands, but we also want the people that own less popular and smaller production motorcycles to have the opportunity to have fun modifying their ride.
We try to stock common items at our store but it is impossible to stock every item in every color and/or size. For items we do not have in house, we work closely with our suppliers to expedite your order so you can receive it as if it were in stock in our facility. For items that are will incur a delay, we will make every effort possible to let you know and let you make the decision on whether or not to continue with your order with no penalty to you.
Back Orders
We work through several different distributors and manufacturers in an effort to keep the number of back orders to a minimum. In the event an item you are wanting is on back order, your order will be handled as follows:
• A representative from Euro Moto Arizona will contact you either via Phone or E-Mail to inform you of the back order and the estimated availability date.
• At that time, you may cancel you order without penalty, or have the item put on back order.
• Once the item is put on back order you may be subject to a restocking fee if the order is cancelled.
• Once the item becomes available, if it's within 30 days of being back ordered, the item will be charged and shipped.
• If it has been on order for longer than 30 days, a Euro Moto Arizona representative will contact you to confirm that you still want the product.

Special Orders
A Special Order is any item which is not in stock. It may or may not be marked as "Special Order Only" on our site, or requires extensive involvement from our staff to fill.
All Special Orders require PAYMENT IN FULL at time of order.
No returns or refunds will be allowed. All sales are final.
Shipping
We pride our selves on fast shipping and great customer service. Our suppliers have the same concern for customer satisfaction and will ship in a timely manner as well. Some items dropship directly from our distributors in the US.
Some bulky items incur extra shipping and handling charges. If there are any additional shipping and handling charges after you have placed your order, we will contact you. At that time you can choose to continue or cancel your order without penalty.
We provide tracking numbers via email whenever we can, but feel free to contact us any time you have a question about your shipment.
